Share enough to make the next reply useful.
What should I include?
Describe the user, the action they need to complete, what already exists and any deadline or budget constraint. A URL and reproduction steps are especially useful for a Website Fix.
Should I send passwords or private data?
No. Do not submit credentials, secrets, production records or sensitive personal data through the project brief. A safer access method can be agreed later if needed.
Does submitting the form start a project?
No. The brief starts a scope review. Availability, deliverables, price, timing and terms still require written agreement.
