What we collect and why

The project brief collects name, email, service choice, goal, budget, optional timing and website, existing-project status and privacy acknowledgement. It is used to assess and respond to your request, not to subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal records or passwords.

Storage and notifications

Briefs are stored in a private SQLite database on the operator’s server. An email notification is queued separately. Preview notifications remain local; public operation may use a configured SMTP provider. The operator must confirm hosting and mail providers before launch. Hosting region: Frankfurt, Germany.

Limited first-party measurement

We record service views, estimate-link clicks, first form interaction and successfully saved briefs. Events contain only an allowed page, service, a short-lived random session identifier and an optional approved campaign category. No name, email, brief text, full referring URLs or arbitrary UTM values are accepted in analytics. Successful submissions are counted on the server after saving and deduplicated.

A random identifier is held in sessionStorage for the tab session. A receipt reference is also held there after submission. No advertising scripts or tracking cookies are used. Security rate limits use a keyed IP digest only when a trusted proxy is configured; otherwise a shared bucket is used. These expire after one hour.

Access, retention and deletion

Only authorised operators should access the server database and protected exports. Default enquiry, notification and event retention is 180 days, enforced by the operator’s retention command. Expired records are deleted when that command runs; backups require their own matched retention schedule. Contract records, if created later, require a separate policy.

Contact the operator to ask for access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights, legal basis, processor agreements and international-transfer terms must be confirmed for the operating jurisdiction before public release.
