This website describes potential development services and lets you send a project brief. Information is provided for evaluation. Interactive examples use local data and are not client references, production tools or performance guarantees.

Estimates and project agreements

The $49 Website Fix and $499 Starter Website apply only to their stated fixed scopes. Other listed prices are starting points in USD, while Custom Development receives a custom quote. Submitting a brief does not reserve capacity or create a development contract. A separate written agreement defines scope, fees, taxes, payment milestones, revisions, acceptance, warranty or defect handling, termination and ownership.

Code, accounts and third parties

Source handover follows the agreed contract and payment terms. Third-party software keeps its own licensing terms. Hosting, domains, API usage and paid tools have separate costs and service conditions; their availability and approval processes cannot be guaranteed.

Appropriate use

Do not submit unlawful material, secrets, malicious content or other people’s sensitive data. Do not attempt to disrupt the website or access stored briefs. The operator may limit abusive requests.
