Website and services
Qian Lin Web provides website design and development and may also provide website redesign, e-commerce, web application, mobile MVP, workflow integration, maintenance and custom development services. This website describes service types and accepts project enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not reserve capacity, create a contract or confirm a start date.
Published prices
Current prices are Website Fix — $49; Starter Website — $499; Business Website — From $999; E-commerce — From $1,499; Web App / MVP — From $2,499; Mobile App / MVP — From $2,999; Workflow Integration — From $499; Custom Development — Custom quote; and Maintenance — From $19/month. Prices are in USD unless a written proposal says otherwise. Starting prices are not fixed quotations for every project.
Fixed scopes
The $49 Website Fix covers one small, clearly defined website issue. Server, database or malware work, major debugging, new features and larger changes require a separate quote. The $499 Starter Website covers one single-page website with 5–7 sections, one standard enquiry form and one consolidated revision. Additional pages, custom functions, CMS, accounts, payments, translation, brand design and migration require separate scope and pricing.
Quotes, scope and client responsibilities
Pages, functionality, integrations, content, client inputs, exclusions, revisions, acceptance checks, delivery items, timing and fees are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. Work outside that scope is estimated and approved separately. You must provide accurate instructions, decisions, access and approved content, and hold the necessary rights to supplied text, images, trademarks, code, data and accounts. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code, other people's confidential information or credentials through the public form.
Revisions, payment and cancellation
Only the revision allowance written in the service scope or agreement is included; the Starter Website includes one consolidated revision. New directions, pages, features, repeated piecemeal changes and post-acceptance work may be quoted separately. Payment amount, currency, method, deposit, milestones and due dates are defined in writing. This website does not take payment or create subscriptions. Cancellation is agreed per project; unless agreed otherwise, completed work and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable, and no general refund guarantee is offered.
Intellectual property and third parties
Ownership and handover are defined in the project agreement and normally depend on payment. Client materials remain the client's responsibility. Pre-existing tools, reusable methods, open-source packages, fonts, stock assets, platform components and other third-party materials retain their licences. Domains, hosting, commerce and payment platforms, app stores, APIs, plugins, licences and email services have their own charges and terms. Qian Lin Web is not responsible for a third party changing, suspending or withdrawing its service.
Warranty, maintenance and results
Any defect-correction period or warranty is limited to the written agreement. Maintenance is separate from project delivery. Maintenance from $19/month covers only agreed routine checks, update frequency and response window; it excludes unlimited changes, new pages, new features, emergency support, malware cleanup, server or database work, an SLA and 24/7 support. Qian Lin Web does not guarantee revenue, sales, conversions, traffic, search rankings or platform approval. Marked reference studies, concepts and third-party visuals do not claim a client relationship.
Liability and applicable terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qian Lin Web is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, lost data or third-party service failure. Aggregate liability from a paid project is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where liability cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain. Governing law, dispute venue and project-specific obligations, where required, will be stated in the written project agreement; this page does not invent an unagreed jurisdiction. The project agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
